What You’ll Do: –
Design and develop beautiful code for iOS or Android – Provide architectural and technical leadership on developing our core mobile platform – Lead development efforts on mobile product features on iOS or Android – Help scale our mobile platform as we experience massive growth
What We Need: –
- Candidate should have 1+ years of iOS or Android development experience and 1-6 years of industry experience
- Passion for the iOS or Android platform and mobile development
- Automation testing / TDD experience
- Proficient level Swift, Objective C or Java programming, and experience leading full lifecycle of application app development- from whiteboard through store release.
- Candidate should have strong communication skills, verbal and written
- Passion for our mission.
Skills & Knowledge Technical / Functional and Managerial
- Candidates have knowledge of object oriented programming methodologies.
- Proficient in Xcode, Java, Android Studio, Swift, Objective-C.
- Candidates have experience building clients on top of RESTful JSON-based APIs.
- Candidates have experience developing customer facing / consumer applications for iOS or Android platforms such as mobile phones and tablets.
- Familiarity with key Operating System concepts such as multithreading, task scheduling, interrupts and mobile development techniques for iOS or Android.
- Candidates have experience with creating mobile application designs to meet cross-platform, reusability and ease of unit test.
- Proficient with GUI design concepts and implementation on mobile platforms.
- You have knowledge of Configuration Management methodologies (source code version control, bug tracking and requirement traceability).
- Familiarity with networking protocols (HTTP, TCP/IP, UDP).
- Familiarity with industry-wide embedded software design and debugging tools.
- You have experience developing technical requirements from customer requirements.
- HVAC knowledge is a plus.
