- Managing uDeploy Platform for Access and Onboarding related requests.
- Monitoring the uDeploy platform and Engage other teams when required.
- Troubleshooting basic issues.
- Working with users on implementing proposed solutions.
- Advanced Skills of L1 and Consulting Experience for uDeploy on-boarding.
- L2 Skills along with platform maintenance and troubleshooting of issues.
Architecture experience to align with Standard practice of CI-CD
