Roles & Responsibilities:
Wipro Ltd, Pune hiring graduates for its banking client(international) for both Voice & Non Voice process.
Experience: 0-3 years

Roles and Responsibilities :
Non Voice:
- Complete tasks related to data entry, following up on requests, complaint management, filing dispute forms, fee waivers, merchant credit release, fund transfers, account maintenance, general correspondence, research
- To be able to finish cases assigned within established Turnaround time
- Team Player
- Responsible for achieving individual key performance indicators whilst maintaining appropriate operational risk control and compliance in all activities.
- Outbound Calls
Voice:
- Cater to inbound calls from end customers to initiate dispute on the account. Probing to capture all relevant information to initiate disputes investigation
- Utilize the Visa and MasterCard Core Rules and Visa and MasterCard Product and Service Rules
- Meet compliance requirements including deadlines of Federal Regulation E, Federal Regulation Z, and Visa.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Voice Opening – Freshers – 3 years – Experience into international contact centre
- Non Voice- Freshers – 3 yrs – Experience into banking back office experience
