Your Responsibilities
- Lead developers to successfully build and deploy cutting edge solutions at scale, impacting multi-billion-dollar business.
- Help define Technical Roadmap and own the entire product delivery end to end.
- Work very closely with various business stakeholders to drive the execution of multiple business plans and technologies.
- Improve, optimize and identify opportunities for efficient software development processes.
- Hire, Develop and Retain a strong team of engineers.
- Exhibit strong leadership and communication skills to collaborate with product, engineering and management across different geographic locations.
- Promotes and supports company policies, procedures, mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity.
Your Qualifications
- An Engineering Degree – B.E/B.Tech/MS/PhD in any stream – Computer Science preferred.
- 12+years of experience in software product development engineering.
- 2+years of experience in software engineering management and leading Scrum teams.
- Proven track record in developing quality SaaS products.
Mandatory Skills
- A good understanding of CS Fundamentals, Data Structures, Algorithms and Problem Solving.
- Currently hands-on in reviewing and possibly writing code in Java, Spring, RDBMS.
- Expertise in building API platforms with documentation, sandboxes, monitoring etc.
- A good technical mindset and product development driven experience.
- Exposure in Program Management, dependency and development tracking of the product across the teams.
- Passion for quick learning and adapting in a fast-paced global environment.
- Strong sense of ownership, focus on quality, responsiveness, efficiency and innovation.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Good stakeholders management skills.
Desirable Skills
- Exposure to Cloud platforms like Microsoft Azure
