Responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing and communications strategies in line with Vestas India business priorities
- Enhance Vestas branding and business opportunities through high quality media relations and external-facing marketing activities, for example, customer forums, conferences, round-tables, digital and social, and community engagement
- Support and contribute to the development of India business strategy
- Develop corporate messaging for regional leadership
- Oversee brand management and guidelines, and deliver high quality marketing collateral
- Support Asia Pacific internal communications campaign and regional Townhalls
- Building and protecting the Vestas brand
- Handle relationships with external agencies and suppliers in relation to marketing and communication initiatives, with control of sub-regional budget
- Monitor and evaluate the impact and effectiveness of marketing and communication activities
Qualifications
- A tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline or significant industry experience in business development and marketing
- Has a strategic and analytical approach to marketing
- Understands sales & marketing integration
- Clear understanding of how to position a product within a competitive market
- Clear understanding of the marketing mix and how to build and deliver integrated marketing campaigns
- Has implemented marketing strategies and produced the associated marketing programs & materials with proven results
- Have first class presentation, communication, planning, and leadership skills
- Team player and have a desire to work with others for broader growth
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
