For Admission Counselor:

Job Responsibilities:

• Setting up and conducting meetings with potential upGrad learners to propagate
  upGrad’s mission of providing career advancement opportunities.
• Owning the complete sales closing life cycle for leads assigned to you. This includes meeting set up, product demonstration, sales closing, and post-sales relationship management.
• Maintaining a constant communication channel with leads through phone, meetings, email, chat and social media during the pre and post-sales processes.
• Maintaining a detailed database of all the interactions with the leads and provide
  constant feedback to the Student Experience Manager in order to optimize lead closure.

What we are looking for?

• Excellent written and spoken communication skills (English proficiency).
• Sales bent of mind, in order to understand and effectively communicate what upGrad is offering to its prospective learners and close applications.
• Approachable and vibrant personality.
• Comfortable within city travel in order to meet prospective learners.
• Ability to approach any situation with patience and very strong empathy.
• Passion to deliver the highest levels of customer service at all times.
• Must be a team player with the ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet targets/deadlines.
• Basic proficiency in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) is preferable.
• Education: Engineer in any field or MBA in Marketing.

Some Important Details:

Job Type: Internship
Stipend: 25000/- per month for Six Months
CTC Upon Absorption: 10 LPA (6 LPA fixed + 4 LPA Performance Incentive)
Location: Mumbai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Delhi, Kolkata, Chennai, Ahmedabad

For Lead Filtration:

Job Description:

• Manage large amounts of Outbound calls (Daily 100-125 Calls) in a professional
  manner to prob relevant questions to filter leads.
• Keep records of customer interactions and share the daily report with all stakeholders.
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
• Go the extra mile to enhance CX and get maximum revenue.
• Maintain call quality by adhering all quality audit parameters.
• Flexible for shift timing – 7 days between 9 am to 9 pm (9hours rotational shift).
• Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right
  methods/tools; provide first call resolution for all types of queries.
• Handling call scenarios, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the
  time limits and follow up to ensure resolution.
• Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction.
• Generate sales leads on Incoming calls by pitching our services.
• Raising “Requests” to cross-functional teams and follow up to resolve the issues
  within TAT.
• Go the extra mile to enhance CX.
• Maintain call quality by adhering to all quality audit parameters.

CTC: 4.5 Lacs per Annum
