ABOUT THE POSITION:
This is a leadership position that will report to one of the founders of the company. This demands ownership over the complete solution and upgrading it from its MVP stage to a full-function product in a staged manner.
ABOUT THE STACK
It is a cloud-based mobility healthcare platform with real-time communication functions, multimedia, and web/mobile apps for UX. There is a rich roadmap of features and technologies to be developed, both in the back-end and in the mobile applications.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Senior Technical Lead is responsible for the full stack in the following aspects
- Total Solution concept and architecture
- Design & Development of critical parts of the system
- Design for Performance, reliability, and scalability of the platform
- Oversight of development by in-house or external developers
- Deploying the solution and releasing upgrades
COMPETENCIES, SKILLS:
The job demands
- Expertise in cloud-computing architectures, databases, data security, healthcare IT architectures
- Knowledge of Authentication mechanisms like OAuth, SAML and OWASP
- High proficiency in software development, latest frameworks and SDEs
- Familiarity with multimedia, reality techniques, real-time communication
- Familiarity in mobile application development
- Hands-on development, debugging, system analysis and making releases in CI/CD mode.
- Strong collaboration capabilities and leadership skills
- Ability to communicate in speech and through documents
QUALIFICATIONS:
The typical candidate would have a University level Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science/ Information Science/ Electrical/Electronic Engineering, followed with around 5 to 8 years of rich development experience.
Candidate should have led (or significantly contributed to) Go Live activities of complex cloud-based digital platforms.
Candidate should be passionate and self-driven and demonstrate ability to work with ambiguities and agile mindset.
