- A minimum of four years’ experience working with and coaching scrum teams
- A minimum of four years of relevant Information Technology experience, preferably in infrastructure
- Prior experience with SCRUM/Agile methodologies and Agile at Enterprise Scale
- Prior experience with Cloud Foundational tools and processes in AWS and/or Azure
- Strong facilitation and collaboration skills
- Strong communication skills
- Strong understanding of and demonstrated experience in using Agile Central (Rally)
We’d Love To See
Impact You’ll Make:
- Certification(s) in Agile methodologies (PMI-ACP, CSM, CSP, SA, SASM or equivalent) preferred
- Experience utilizing SAFe or Scaled Agile Framework Transformations
