Job Description & Required Skills Set:
Selected candidate will involve in troubleshooting & handling customer queries related to network devices. You have willing to work on the night shift. You have excellent verbal communication skills and excellent logical reasoning. Resolve internet troubleshooting issues. You have basic knowledge of Networking, LAN, WAN, Corporate enterprise domain infrastructure environment.
Qualification Eligibility and Desired Experience:
Candidate must be BE/B.TECH- All Streams, MCA, GNNIT’s are preferred and 3 years diploma holders in Hardware & Networking can also apply for this recruitment drive. Candidate will get added advantage if they have 6 months & above experience in any voice helpdesk.
Annual Compensation: Selected candidate will get upto Rs 2.73 LPA plus loyalty Bonus of Rs 10k to 25k at every 6 months (twice a year) during 1ts year of employment.
