Job Description: You have an opportunity to help a fresher kick-start a fabulous and challenging career at Tech Mahindra.
Eligibility Criteria:
· Candidate must possess BE/BTech – Comp Science/CompEngineering /IT/E&C/E&TC/ Telecom/Communication or MCA.
· Candidate should have passed out qualifying course in 2018/2019 without any backlog.
· The Candidates passing out in 2020 and meeting the criteria also stand eligible.
· Candidate having scored a minimum of 60% in 10th/Xth, 12th/XIIth, Engineering Degree and MCA are eligible for this drive. In case a candidate has done Diploma(after 10th), then a minimum of 60% in Diploma is mandatory. Where the candidate has done both 12th or equivalent and Diploma, then also a minimum of 60% in both is mandatory for meeting eligibility criteria.
Bond and Compensation:
On Selection,
· The candidate will be on probation for 6 months with a CTC of INR 2.6 LPA.
· On completion of probation, candidate will be offered a CTC of INR 3.25 LPA.
· Candidate will have to sign an indemnity bond for INR 1 LPA for a mandatory period of service of 2 years from date of joining the company.
Selection Process:
1. 1st round: Online Test
2. 2nd round: Technical & HR Interview
