Tech Mahindra Non Voice Technical Hiring:

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Identifying hardware and software solutions.
  • Troubleshooting technical issues.
  • Diagnosing and repairing faults.
  • Resolving network issues.
  • Messaging to customers to quickly get to the root of their problem.
  • Providing timely and accurate customer feedback.
  • Messaging customers through a series of actions to resolve a problem.
  • Following up with clients to ensure the problem is resolved.
  • Providing support in the form of procedural documentation.
  • Managing multiple cases at one time.
  • 5 days of working with two days rotational off(No fixed off)
  • Flexible with Early morning shift
  • Salary 2.5 to 4.1 LPA

Technical Support Requirements:

  • Prior experience in tech support, desktop support, or a similar role.
  • Proficiency in Windows/Linux/Mac OS.
  • Attention to detail and good problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Good written and verbal communication.
  • Qualification – Minimum HSC or any Degree
  • Excellent Communication: Verbal & written
