Experience (Yrs) : 2 to 6.5 years
Location : Bangalore , Chennai , Kochi and Kolkata
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Should have experience for more than 2 years
- Mandate to have experience in International Voice Process
- Excellent communication skills to attend/resolve client issues on calls/chat/mail
- Effectively handle call workload
- Open to work in 24*7 and work from office environment
- Analytical problem solvers who will understand issues and to resolve customer issues
- Problem solving skills and quick thinking to own & resolve customers issues independently, thoroughly & efficiently
- Being proactive and show the utmost respect for customer’s time
- Good time management, ensuring all contacts with customers add value
- Document problems, complete problem tickets, and request information in the support tools
- Maintain knowledge with accurate up-to-date information relating to current policies, procedures, and troubleshooting techniques
- Provide outstanding customer support by analyzing, diagnosing, and resolving problems and requests within service level agreements
- Knowledge of hardware and software issues. Should be able to perform technical maintenance and software installations and updates
- Good to have MCP & ITIL Certification completed
