Programme Objective
- Empower with Life Skills: Empower youth by boosting their self-confidence and faith in themselves, and enabling them to write their own success story.

Eligibility Criteria of TCS iON Youth Employability and Entrepreneurship:
- TCS iON Youth Employability and Entrepreneurship Programme I: Below 10th Standard
- TCS iON Youth Employability and Entrepreneurship Programme II: 10th or 12th Standard Pass for noncustomer facing job role
- TCS iON Youth Employability and Entrepreneurship Programme III: 10th or 12th Standard Pass or above for customer facing job role
