Analyse functional requirement, design specifications & create test plans & test case
Perform testing on various tools and create reports.
Validate that user expectations are achieved during the testing process.
Review user requirements documents to ensure that requirements are testable.
Manage and assist new launches & roll outs
Ensure all new updates are cascaded to CS team and other stakeholders
Conducting dip checks to understand if process designed is practised
Assist in process documentation and roll out’s
Assist in raising requirement for CRM enhancements & tech coordination
Microsoft Office: Functional knowledge of Word, PowerPoint, Excel
Key Skills
Problem solving and logical thinking, Written and verbal communication, Broad understanding of e-commerce, ability to articulate the process or the functioning of the feature.
