Detailed Eligibility:
Educational Qualification:
For Project Associate – Crypto:
- Applicant must be first Class B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science/ Information Security/ Electronics with three years research experience in cryptology OR
- Applicant must be first Class M.E/M.Tech in Computer Science/ Information Security/ Electronics with three years research experience in cryptology OR
- Applicant must be first Class M.Sc in Mathematics/ Statistics with two years research experience
- Should have good programming skills in C/C++
For Project Associates – Hardware Security:
- Applicant must be first Class B.E / B.Tech ECE/EEE/E&I with valid gate score. OR
- Applicant must be first Class M.Tech /M.E (Applied Electronics/VLSI Design/Embedded System/ Communication System)
For Research Associate:
- PhD/MS in Engineering/ Science in the relevant area of the project OR
- Applicant must be first Class M.Tech/M.E (Microelectronics and Photonics/Laser and Electro optics/Applied Electronics/VLSI Design/Embedded System/ Communication System) or equivalent with at least three years of relevant experience.
Age Limit:
- Project Associate – Crypto: Not more than 35 Years (as on 19.02.2020)
- Project Associates – Hardware Security: Not more than 35 years (as on 01.02.2020)
- Research Associate: Not more than 37 years (as on 19.02.2020)
Post wise vacancies: 12 Posts
- Project Associate – Crypto: 08 Posts
- Project Associates – Hardware Security: 03 Posts
- Research Associate: 01 Posts
Salary Details:
- Project Associate – Crypto: PA–I is Rs. 30,000/-, for PA-II is Rs. 40,000/- and for PA–III is Rs. 50,000/-.
- Project Associates – Rs.30,000-40,000/-
- Research Associate: Rs.49,000-54,000/-
SETS Recruitment Selection Process:
- Shortlisted candidates would be required to attend a Written Test and/or Interview.
- The shortlisted candidates will be required to bring all their original testimonials for verification on the test/interview day.
