- Loyalty Management, Resource Scheduler, and Action Plans, to improve efficiency and productivity of organizations and help empower their employees to make faster and more informed decisions by leveraging process automation, analytics, and AI to strengthen the customer experience.
Responsibilities:
- Define the problem and the results you would like to achieve.
- Own and pursue ambitious, long-term applied research goals. As needed or desired, work with a team to deliver on complex and applied research goals.
- Identify innovative and pragmatic solutions, come up with new architecture and design to solve complex real world, large scale problems.
- Innovate to improve robustness and performance of large scale systems.
Minimum qualifications:
- PhD degree in computer science, operations research, machine learning, or related technical field.
- Strong CS fundamentals including data structures, algorithms, and distributed systems.
- Experience with one or more general purpose programming languages including but not limited to Java, C/C++ or Python.
- Track record of innovation, ideas generation, solid problem solving, communication skills, and a results oriented attitude.
- Ability to learn quickly and deliver high quality code in a fast-paced, dynamic agile team environment.
Preferred qualifications:
- Exposure in designing, building and supporting large scale enterprise grade systems.
- Understanding of one or more deep learning libraries and platforms (e.g.,TensorFlow, Caffe, Chainer or PyTorch).
- Practical knowledge in implementing high-performance and large scale deep learning systems.
