General Summary:
Job Roles & Responsibilities :
- Support for Finance and Business operations and processes, analysis, system updates and reporting requirements
- OpEx and Costing reporting & analysis, Budget vs Actual variances, Reports tie-outs, VP Reporting & variance analysis, Tableau dashboard creation and reporting
- Pricing & Product system updates, Business forecast & analysis for demand, constraint demand, shipments, backlog orders, Revenue Opportunity pipeline, Business Unit presentations to support business decisions
- Salesforce business reporting, updating dashboard and reports, creation and management of dashboard, data visualization and reporting, data accuracy checks and master data management
- Plan, organize, coordinate with all stakeholders to execute smooth & efficient transition of all finance and business operations activities
Requirements:
- 3-4 years of working experience in an Analytical and Reporting Role.
- Good working knowledge of Tableau and/or Salesforce (certification preferred)
- Proficient in MS Excel and Power point (Advanced Excel preferred)
- Proactive; Able to work independently and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
- Positive attitude towards constant change, ambition to improve and challenge the status-quo
- Excellent communication, interpersonal skills working with global stakeholders
- MBA or equivalent qualification preferred
