A multi-stage selection process has been carefully designed to identify, nurture and select the top candidates from the Train & Hire program.

Eligibility Criteria of Presidio Off Campus Freshers hiring for 2020, 2021, Final Year:
- 2020/2021 Graduates with knowledge in at least one of the technical languages such as C, C++, Java and Python
- Final year students can apply
- Any degree – No Standing Arrears
- Minimum of 60 percentage throughout – 10th standard, 12th standard/Diploma, UG and PG (if applicable)
- Stream/ specialization does not matter as long as the candidate has some coding background
- Available full-time (8 – 10 hours a day, 5 days a week) during the training program
- Even graduates who are already placed and looking for a better opportunity/waiting for their offer letters can apply provided they can join the full-time training program by the 2nd week of July
