• Drive the technical vision, roadmap, and enterprise application standards within the team which should reflect a very good understanding of the overall business direction/strategy taken by the organization

• Plan and execute day-to-day operational activities in a team with minimal dependency
What it takes:
- Minimum experience of 5-7 years as a Software Engineer or similar positions and preferentially having worked in Software Design, Analysis and Testing
• Experienced in mobiles technologies like Objective-C, Swift, Java, Kotlin, React Native + JavaScript/TypeScript, Cordova
• Good hands on experience on Android and IOS development
• Experience in working on native and hybrid mobile application development
• Experience in working on Git, Jenkins and other dev ops technologies
• Demonstrated experience in n-tier development. Good knowledge of Software Engineering processes, methodologies and tools (UML, IDEs, CVS)
• Good understanding of BPM, SOA, Web 2.0, SaaS and Cloud computing paradigms
• He/she should be strong in Core Java
• Hands on experience on Microservices technologies like spring boot will be an added advantage
• Knowledge of Oracle Java technologies Java : JSP, Servlet, JSF J2EE, JMS, Struts, Spring Framework, Hibernate, JDBC, SQL, and other Java related technologies)
• Hands-on experience on SQL queries and knowledge on BI skills is an added advantage
• Good hands on experience in HTML, CSS, JavaScript; XML, JSON, SOAP, WSDL and other web services
• Hands on experience in developing Microservices using Apache Kafka or Spring, Docker, DevOps
• Demonstrated abilities to design and architect solutions that meet customer needs
• Should have excellent communication skills both written and oral
• People with experience in scrum way of software development will be preferred
