About the role:
- As a Field Enablement Engineer, you will work directly with customers, field engineers, technicians, product specialists, sales engineers and system architects around the globe
- Provide technical knowledge – diagnosing, troubleshooting, debugging and resolving complex computer systems, complex software and networks for a highly technical product.
- Review and respond to customer support escalations.
- Validate that escalations are qualified and properly submittedTest and release product hotfixes for customers (including running automation, analyzing the results as well as manual testing).
About you:
- 5+ years of full-time experience in customer success/customer support, IT systems and networking, QA or equivalent experience.
- Setup a complex lab environment to reproduce customer’s environment and issue (AD, Virtualization, security servers), including configurations, installations and maintenance ( understanding of Microsoft Windows systems).
- Working knowledge of Network and System security.
- Toubleshooting and testing skills (i.e. ability to isolate an issue using documentation, tools, etc. to troubleshoot or resolve accordingly).
