Role Overview:
• Contribute for valuable additions on Front End of Web Protection, an important product under the umbrella of Unified Cloud Edge (UCE), strategic solution providing Web, CASB and Data Protection capabilities for Cloud, and Hybrid Customers. Support the Front End feature enhancements and sustenance for McAfee Web Protection releases.
• This requires skills to drive new feature requirements, design and development activities including sustenance.
• Looking for a front-end Web application developer experienced in building interfaces to rich Internet applications to join our front-end development team.

About the role :
- Work with Agile process for iteration based development.
- Should be able to develop and enhance features/functionalities on Web Protection UI.
- Should have good focus for UI development and UX Designs.
- Should be able to drive end-to-end ownership of features/functions and modules including development, testing and automation of functional and non-functional.
- Should be able to lead one line requirement into detailed technical specifications with committed analysis.
- Should be able to analyze feature requirements and assist with design documentation.
- Should be able to analyze customer issues and provide resolution/workaround.
- Ability to develop/automate in Cloud/Hybrid architecture.
About you :
- Strong experience in Core Java, J2EE, Java Spring, REST JAX-RS, JavaScript, HTML and CSS.
- Experience with any UI Framework, preferably ExtJS.
- Clear understanding of Object Oriented Concepts and Best Practices.
- Experience in developing web applications using at least one popular web framework (JSF, Wicket, GWT, Spring MVC).
- Experience with Docker or cloud deployment technologies is desired.
- Knowledge of common Internet/Networking protocols (TCP/IP, HTTP, FTP, SSL, UDP, SOCKS) is desired.
- Knowledge of Linux and Windows operating system (Windows : Basic, Linux : in-depth)
- Development experience with Cloud/SaaS deployments is strongly desired
- Should have excellent debugging, troubleshooting, analytical and problem solving skills.
- Good verbal and written communication in English.
- Working experience with JIRA/GIT is desired.
