Role
- Partner with marketing team to turn complex ideas into designed stories that can be used to market and sell our various products.
- Design simple html for email marketing or interactive infographics, GIFs, etc. using and interpreting brand identity guidelines, design standards and interactive best practices.
- Design impactful graphics and interactive presentations for various outlets such as Excel, PowerPoint, web, mobile/tablet and social media.
- Work with researchers, analysts, and other subject matter experts to visualize engaging and differentiating thought leadership content, including blogs, articles, webinars and white papers.
- Consult on other media like websites, digital display or social marketing, trade show signage, report designs/templates and more.

- Passion for uncovering insights and looking at problems and solutions in a unique way
- Excited by the written word and finding the best headline to spur customer engagement
- Significant professional experience as a graphic designer in a creative agency or multi-national firm.
- Strong visual storytelling skills with high aesthetic value for design
- Strong communication and inter-personal skills; ability to effectively collaborate with other designers, marketing managers and executives in different regions to provide creative solution recommendations
- Versatile, self-motivated, well organized and pay close attention to details; able to effectively prioritize and deliver in a fast-paced, changing environment
- Understand the relationship between content, design and technology
- Adept at both Windows and Mac environment
- Experience working for communications, research or consulting firm as an author of insights
- Advanced level command of Microsoft Office products (especially PowerPoint), Adobe Creative Suite (predominantly Illustrator/Photoshop/Dreamweaver/InDesign)
- Working knowledge of web technology capabilities such as CSS, HTML5, JQuery/JavaScript
Animation, video-editing, photography/videography (Premiere or After Effects) a plus
- Flexibility in working hours to accommodate the majority of the team, which works in Eastern Standard Time
