Graduate Commercial Trainee:
- Final year UG students from a recognized Indian university
- B.Com
- BBA / BBM
- B.Sc – Mathematics, Computer Science, Statistics
- B.A – Material Management
Who can apply?
- Students currently in their final year of undergraduate studies (in the specified streams), having completed their 10th and 12th examinations, and expected to graduate in April / May 2025 from a recognized Indian University, provided they meet the following eligibility guidelines:
Eligibility Criteria of L&T Graduate Commercial Students 2025:
- Academics: Candidates should have secured a minimum aggregate of 60% or more up to 4th Semester in the undergraduate.
- Mode of Study: Only full-time undergraduate students are eligible. Candidates pursuing dual-degree programs or studying through part-time or correspondence courses are not eligible.
- Back-Logs/Arrears: No backlogs (past or live) during the under-graduation Course. All subjects/papers should be cleared in the first attempt only. Any subject/paper appeared and not cleared in the first attempt is considered as a backlog.
Note:
- Age: Candidates born between 1st July 2002 and 30th June 2007 (both days inclusive) are eligible.
- Nationality: Only Indian Nationals are eligible to apply. Foreign Nationals are not eligible.
- Medical Fitness: Final selection is subject to medical fitness as per the guidelines provided by our Chief Medical Officer.
Training Period: 12 months on-the-job training from the date of joining.
Compensation:
- Office Based Posting: Rs. 3,00,000/-
- Project Site-Based Posting: Rs. 3,57,000/-
