- Provide technical support and qualify new software release/patch to Lam Customers
- Respond to and resolve customer requests through emails, problem reports, and discussion forums
- Troubleshooting involves performing an in-depth analysis of software logs, reproducing the issue on a simulator environment and debugging through code to identify the root cause
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure fast solutions delivered to the customer
Mandatory Skills
- Should have strong analytical, problem solving and troubleshooting skills
- Should have basic programming skills, any programming language
- You should have excellent written/verbal communication skills
- Working knowledge of Computer Architecture and Operating systems
Desirable Skills
- You should have knowledge of Unix | Linux | QNX (RTOS)
- You should have knowledge of C & C++
