Job Description
To enhance the global team, we are hiring a Professional Services Consultant with strong and proven customer implementation experience in the IT market to be based in our Bangalore, India office. This position is responsible for consulting project delivery in support of both internal and external customers. This role can take on many aspects from running an implementation as a technical lead to acting as a project manager developing a scope of work for a Customer. Will work closely with management to define programs and create standardized documentation to support all consulting services. The successful candidate is expected to maintain a professional, courteous and customer service focused attitude at all times.

Responsibilities
- Participate in planning sessions with Sales Engineers to assist in selling to both new and existing customer base
- Recognizes and identifies potential opportunities for improvement in customer processes, or where new processes need to be developed, and makes recommendations in these areas
- Prepare statement of work including cost quotes for service when required
- Managing the implementation process and working cross functionally in order to ensure customers are on-boarded in a quick and efficient manner
- Project documentation creation
- Initiates and maintains strong working relationships with customers
- Provide training when required
- Inform management of project status, risks and deviation from goals
- Makes recommendations for problem resolution
- Coordinates resources and activities to support project objectives
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Technical Skills Requirements
- 5+ years applicable experience managing technology utilizing the Kaseya or similar platform
- Strong Microsoft Windows Server skills with System admin experience
- Working knowledge of Linux platform TCP/IP , SNMP, Routing, Switching, Firewalls & Proxy
- Strong relational database skills with leading databases such as SQL Server including use of SQL Management Studio
- Experience with XML, message queues and Web Services (IIS)
- Working knowledge of Virtualization solutions such as VMware, Hypervisor
Non-Technical Skills Requirements
- Excellent oral, written communication and presentation skills (MS Powerpoint, Smartsheets, Gliffy)
- Strong organizational skills
- Self-starter
- Proven team player
- Demonstrate the ability to present complex technical material to both technical and non-technical customers
- Able to travel at least 10% of the time
Preferred Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Unix/Linux scripting skills (Perl or shell)
- Working knowledge of Zendesk and/or Jira
- Experience as a user of NetSuite project management
