Responsible For
Maintaining the validated state of the application
Request management Incident management, Change Management & Problem Management for respective service as per defined SLAs
Ensuring adequate support resources are available for service
Working with Service Portfolio owner to create an end-to-end support plan
Working with Service Portfolio owner to define the service in ServiceNow, create VIA form(s) for the service & Service Dashboards
Working with Service Portfolio owner to create escalation matrix, support workbook & DR plan
Config CMDB Management
Responsible for DR management, executing retirement & decommissioning processes.
Accountable for implementing monitoring, environment management, server & OS patch management, knowledge base management, Incident review & RCA
Provide inputs to the support ROM, business case, retirement strategy, service adoption, retirement strategy and application rationalization
Additional accountabilities of Lead Service Owner include ensuring all service owners in team are performing as per expectations listed above,
In depth knowledge of Application Management processes and metrics
Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle
Knowledgeable about ITIL framework
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including good command of English language
Strong leadership skills
Innovative and strategic thinking capability
Excellent negotiation and influencing skills
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers, managers and stakeholders
