Skill : Legal Compliance and Financial Services

Below are the roles and responsibilities:

· Prepare Dashboards & reports for the various Audits done on Financial Compliance related to FCA (UK). Also, ensure that all store colleagues are verified on the regulatory products.

· Proactively Identify and understand Trends and Key Drivers in regards to non- compliant individuals and teams on Compliance related products across all sales and service Channels.

· Support in creating MI Suite for Field Coaches to ensure they have the data as required. Collate the output of store visits conducted by the coaches.

· Maintain Good Knowledge of FCA Regulation & Related Principles

· Responsible for the overall FCA quality improvement plan working in partnership with the Retail Leadership Team.

· Support the delivery of all compliance related processes and ensure timely submission of dashboards.

· Responsible for creating presentations to board-level FCA Compliance committee and Retail Governance forum with executive membership.

· Keep a track of Retail sales teams to deliver complaint and ethical insurance selling.

· Prepare and deliver relevant action Plans for any non-compliance related to FCA, ensuring quality processes & procedures.

· Engage with the relevant stakeholders at all levels and ensure all Audits & Compliances are completed in time.
