Shift: Rotational shifts

Job Description ::

·     Graduate in Commerce Background

·     Prefer graduate with a minimum 15 years of education with good accounting knowledge

·     Excellent in communication skills with employees, peers and superiors

·     Excellent understanding of process metrics in Accounts

·     Ability to lead and motivate team to achieve performance goals

·     Judgment on escalations and problem handling

·     Target orientation

·     Proper balance of task orientation

·     Customer orientation
