Your Role and Responsibilities
Be involved in data engineering activities like Creating pipelines / workflows for Source to Target etc.
Responsibilities:
- You will be involved in the Azure Data platform implementation. Willing to work in shift timings 2PM to 11PM
- Responsible for assessing feasibility of migrating customer solutions and/or integrating with 3rd party systems both Microsoft and non-Microsoft platforms
- Designing and developing Data Pipelines for Data Ingestion or Transformation using Python (PySpark)/Spark SQL
- Work with version control GitHub and CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- Minimum 4-5 years of experience in Big Data technologies
- Should have experience of working in at least 2 to 3 projects as ETL Developer/ Specialist
- Must be familiar with all techniques of extracting data from data sources which are widely used in industry
- Should be well conversant in English and should have excellent writing, MIS, communication, time management and multi-tasking skills Should have good understanding of UNIX.
- Data Factory, Data Lake, Spark, Scala, Azure Synapse Pipelines, PolyBase, and Azure Databricks, Jupyter/Python notebooks into a data pipeline, Spark structured streaming, confluent kafka , Control M – Second shift

- Expertise in Python or Scala programming
