Job Description of HBC Freshers Jobs and Careers 2021 Hiring :

Who you are 

Trainee Vendor Control is responsible for the management of service delivery by the HBC India team in support of the company’s Accounts Payable process for the processing of Expense invoices. This includes invoice receipts, approval and processing, as well as identifying and solving any issues requiring solutions to allow efficient payment processing.

Major Responsibilities

  • Collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to enable the GIC to succeed as well as build the employer brand in the community
  • Intensive problem solving role, queries to be worked to conclusion; a high degree of judgment and decision making to ensure payment and charging accurately
  • Ensuring accurate & timely accounting postings and timely reconciliation in order to protect company profit
  • Collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to enable the GIC to succeed as well as build the employer brand in the community
  • Intensive problem solving role, queries to be worked to conclusion; a high degree of judgment and decision making to ensure payment and charging accurately
  • Ensuring accurate & timely accounting postings and timely reconciliation in order to protect company profit

Primary Role responsibilities include:

  • Process expense Invoices, check requests and expense reports on a regular basis
  • Accurately review, code, and process vendor invoices
  • Perform monthly reconciliations
  • Maintain a large number of vendor accounts while staying in compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Perform data entry associated with accounts payable
  • Review and reconcile invoice discrepancies
  • Audit and process credits
  • Address and respond to vendor inquiries

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

Education and Experience:

B.com

Knowledge of accounts payable

0-1 years accounts payable or general accounting experience
