- Ownership for operating model standardisation and Master Data Management (MDM) agile principles
- Accountable for project & portfolio management providing visibility to senior leaders of all data related initiatives. Provide oversight to the future data-related demands
- Ensure support for the prioritisation of projects with a focus on delivering the best value for the business. Ensure that the process for the assessment and authorisation of requirements for the projects are place
- Facilitate business engagements and accountability for change and release management
- Accountable for the data quality service levels and KPIs, and for the quality of the data within the business
- Facilitate and reinforce continuous improvement of the service by championing all improvement opportunities
- Accountable for the resolution of the data issues and escalations to the data governance forums
- Develop, manage, and maintain strategic partnerships with senior leaders to liaise and resolve data-related issues
- Ensure that in-house talent is effectively managed, seek and create opportunities where possible for development and progress within the MDM Organisation
- Ensure that enough opportunities are provided to support the learning and development for MDM resources

- Extensive experience working in and defining best practices for an Enterprise MDM division. This will include leadership and coordination of the Enterprise MDM function and global team, working in partnership with the wider business and technology teams
- Effective and successful in delivering MDM Service Transition, illustrating a wide range of transformation programs preferably within several global organisations.
- Experience of delivering managed services comprising multiple vendors/service providers, including effective MDM Service Transition writing skills contributing to RFPs
- Experience in the implementation of MDM governance & delivery frameworks and methodologies
- Extremely proficient business acumen, strategic-thinking, MDM knowledge, program management, process improvement, staff development, change management and interpersonal skills
- Previous leadership experience in the development of MDM Service capability to meet business growth plans
