Summary:
Voice Microservice is a multi tenant sub system which handles all the inbound and outbound voice calls coming to Genesys contact center. We require Devops engineer who will be able to learn multiple technologies like Kubernetes & Helm used for deploying voice microservices and Github actions for developing deployment workflow of voice services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Bachelor or Master Degree in Computer Science/ECE/IT
- Knowledge of programming languages nodejs or Java.
- Knowledge of any cloud technologies will be added advantage
- Knowledge of Kubernetes, Helm, Git actions will be good to have
- Knowledge of shell command, Shell Scripts and Python will be good to have
- Knowledge on Continuous Integration Process (Jenkins)
- Good communication skills
