What You’ll Do
- Work with Sightline Vault team and build solutions that are aimed at solving common Customer pain points.
- Update existing solutions with improved capabilities based on feedback from customer deployments.
- Document Overview, key benefits and detailed deployment instructions for solutions in Sightline Vault
- Drive requirements and implementation of new features in Sightline Vault.
- Evaluate design requirements to understand feasibility and level of effort.
- Recommend and build solution architecture using Gainsight product components such as Bionic Rules engine, Connectors, REST API’s, Journey Orchestrator, Cockpit, Success plans, Gainsight data management, etc.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to define and monitor success criteria for various sightline vault solutions.
What We’re Looking For
- 3-5 years of experience in customer-facing roles
- Strong Knowledge in REST API’s
- Strong knowledge in SQL
- Strong written and oral communications skills
- Experience working with Engineering teams and driving feature requests.
- Past experience as a Developer or QA will be a great asset
- Ability to identify unmet needs in customer base and strategize to build solutions that satisfy the unmet needs.
- Aptitude and willingness to take more responsibilities and grow within the product management team .
- Understanding of SaaS and enterprise systems a plus
- Ability to create structure in ambiguous situations and design effective processes
- Bias for action
- Ability to work with limited supervision
- Bachelor’s in computer science or equivalent technical degree.
- Demonstrated ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and projects
