Job Responsibilities
- Work closely and coordinate with sales leadership, executive management to define sales support initiatives, and be able to handle their own sales cycles independently
- Work on outbound lead generation activities by identifying prospects through market research, evaluating potent methods for reach-outs, and further, contacting them for conversion
- Filter inbound requests and qualify the right prospects to manage a healthy list of leads
- Establish the first line of contact with designated clients and assist sales leadership in converting prospects into customers
- Provide support and collate information for RFP, SoWs, product collaterals, legal documents, field-case studies, competitive information, and fact sheets
- Manage the sales-content repository and ensure that all information is easily and readily accessible at the point of need and coordinate with the marketing team
- Assist in the automation of certain outbound and lead generation tasks
- Conduct and report on market research to define best business development practices
- Maintaining good relationships with the customers through regular contact and feedback
- Gather feedback from the sales team on a regular basis to constantly improve support programs
Candidate’s Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree; Technology (preferred), Business, and Marketing majors
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are a must
- Experience in a sales or sales support role preferred
- Tech background is highly preferred, specifically with prior experience of working in a SaaS or B2B environment
- Prior Experience with Sales CRMs and tools preferred (PipeDrive, Klenty, PandaDoc)
- Attention to detail and excellent analytical skills to process insights from data
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Team player with strong technical and intrapersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, unpredictable environment
- Adept at project management and cross-functional collaboration
- Creative and strategic thinker
The position is based out of our Indian office in Noida, though keeping the current scenario in mind, we are currently collaborating remotely. The selected candidate will also continue to work-from-home until conditions improve. Our office timing is 1:30-9:30 pm (daylight savings off) and 2:30-10:30 pm (daylight savings on).
