We are looking for a IT Engineer for the coordination, management, execution and reactive maintenance activities.

You will
- Document all Incidents and Service Request in the Ticketing System with appropriate details of the user.
- Work with the Internal Teams to ensure that the users’ issues are fixed in a timely manner.
- Provide support and resolve problems to the end user’s happiness.
- Monitor Service Desk for tickets assigned to the queue and process first – in first – out based on priority
- Co-ordinate with team members in identifying new solutions for existing and unresolved issues.
- Receive, manage and record requests receiving either by phone, mail or Tickets.
- Forward technical support issues that cannot be addressed by the Service Desk to the appropriate technician (Level 2 or Customer concern Team).
- Fix and resolve end-user IT, Tools, Network and connectivity, software related problems, including all issues which fall under the scope of support for EGI.
- Able to react to change efficiently and handle other crucial task as assigned.
- Contribute & Participate for the overall improvement of the program / company.
To Be Successful In This Role, You Must Have
- Solid understanding on Linux (RHCSA Certification is advantage)
- Solid understanding on Oracle DB/PL SQL (OCA Certification is added advantage)
- Microsoft Active Directory knowledge.
- Good knowledge and experience in Microsoft Windows XP/7/8/10
Minimum years of relevant experience: 4 years of proven experience.
