Following stages will be the process for this program.
- Online Assessment – Combination of Aptitude, Logical reasoning, and English verbal language.
- Shortlisted candidates will be invited to one of the colleges either in Pune/Chennai for technical and HR discussions. Selected candidates will be issues Letter of Intent within 48 hours of their selection.

- Design and develop high-volume, low-latency applications for mission-critical systems, delivering high-availability and performance.
- Contribute in all phases of the product development life cycle.
- Write well-designed, testable and efficient code.
- Ensure designs are in compliance with specifications.
- Prepare and produce releases of software components.
- Support continuous improvement by investigating alternatives and technologies and presenting these for architectural review.
