The role holder will be the first point of contact for learning and development queries and be responsible for all related administration. Responsibilities will also include supporting the learning and development business partners in ensuring the development and maintenance of robust learning management systems and processes.
What is the job like?
- Providing administrative support for our Flock BU and other shared services in Mumbai and Bangalore
- Managing and providing support for the onboarding program and ensuring a great new joinee experience
- Creating courses on the Learning Management System for incumbent and new hires and tracking the progress periodically
- Maintaining and reporting dashboards for all the learning interventions, along with a database of all classes and registrants
- Producing routine and ad-hoc reports (including data entry for class performance reporting).
- Managing and maintaining in-house training facilities and equipment
- Looking after the logistics by managing training purchases to ensure all training supplies/materials are available for classes
- Reserve rooms, order supplies, copy materials, make food arrangements, procure equipment, and assist trainers with their in-room preparation
- Assisting with the development and maintenance of training materials as directed by management.
- Coordinating training events in a corporate setting
- Vendor Management: Sourcing, negotiating, invoice processing and maintaining vendor relationships

Who can apply for this role?
- Bachelor’s degree in any field
- Relevant experience of 2-3 years
- Experience supporting various types of training – classroom, virtual (webex), multi-media, and online learning(LMS)
- Strong communication skills including oral and written communication skills
- Should have the ability to convey messages in a concise manner
- Adhering to SLAs of Training and Delivery
- Ability to simultaneously manage training logistics for multiple deliveries and work as an individual contributor and/or within a team to achieve goals
- Advanced organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple assignments at the same time
- Strong project and time management skills
- MS Office proficiency, including strong PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and Excel skills
