As a Consultant/Engineer at Deloitte Consulting, you will be responsible for quality assurance on large-scale complex software solutions at enterprise level. These applications are often high-volume mission critical systems that would provide you an exposure with end-to-end functional and domain knowledge. You will work with business, functional, and technical teams on the project located across shores. You will be responsible to independently lead a team, mentor team members, and drive all test deliverables across project life cycle. You will be involved in end-to-end delivery of the project from testing strategy, estimations, planning, execution, and reporting.
Work you will do
- Plan, organize, research, write, edit, review, publish and maintain end-user and developer manuals
- Collaborate and work with subject matter experts and internal teams to obtain a deep understanding of software products and documentation requirements
- Translate complex product information and concepts into simple, polished, and value-added content for end-user guides, online help, and developer manuals
- Produce high-quality and easy-to-understand documentation that comply with organizational and documentation standards/guidelines intended for the target audience
- Create tutorials (CBTs) to help end-users use a variety of applications
- Review, revise, modify, or edit documents prepared by others
- Evaluate current content and develop innovative approaches for content restructure and improvement

- MHA/B.E./B.Tech./MCA/MSc/M.Tech/MBA or any medical background
Prior Experience:
- 4 to 8 years
Skills / Project Experience – required:
- Proven work experience in technical writing and software documentation to deliver high-quality documentation providing value-added content
- Ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and translate it into easily understandable text and diagrams
- Excellent written and communication skills in English
- Good Understanding and work experience in Life Science and Healthcare domain
- Strong working knowledge in Microsoft Word, SnagIT, Adobe Communication Suite, and any online help tools such as Adobe RoboHelp, DocToHelp, or MadCap Flare
- Experience in DITA and any xml-based authoring tool such as Oxygen, XMetal, or Arbortext
- Ample experience in using a repository, version control, and content management tools.
- Exposure and experience in an Agile software development environment such as Scrum as well as DDLC and software development process.
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent preferred
