Work you’ll do

The role includes diverse activities including reporting, analysis, project management, and process management (including managing survey feedback tool).
 

  • Provide administrative, reporting, and communications support to the Australian client service teams.
  • Work closely with Partners/Managers for achieving their goals to improve client relationships.
  • Analyze data and provide meaningful insights to the client service teams and help the firm achieve its unique client experience strategy.
  • Provide continual feedback and improvement suggestions in reporting best practice from experience/exposure to our member firms
  • Offer solutions for process improvements based on analysis of queries received
  • In-depth analysis of the open data, pointing out anomalies and trends.
  • Design, manage, and execute qualitative and quantitative data and deliver top quality reports/dashboards
  • Articulate ideas and point of views confidently and effectively in client calls during all stages of the project lifecycle
  • Engage with clients and requestors, interpret their requirements, scoping the issues, and managing communication flow throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Ensure the highest quality and on time delivery of all the client requests.
  • Multitask on process deliveries, business development support, solving client issues, and ensuring process flow.
  • Highly articulate with excellent communication skills and the ability to communicate in writing at all levels, displaying advanced email etiquette.

Work Location: Hyderabad

Shift Timings: 6.30 AM to 03.30 PM

Qualifications & Core Skills Required

Required:

  • Any graduate.
  • 1 – 3 years of experience in client management is an added advantage
  • Communication should reflect logical thinking and a consultative approach
  • Experience in working with clients and analyzing their feedback for business development.
  • Project management skills – handling process from start to finish.
  • Reporting and analysis skills interpreting qualitative and quantitative data (MS Excel skills, Tableau, Power BI)
  • Strong written and oral communication experience, displaying advanced email etiquette.

Preferred:

  • Reporting and analysis skills interpreting qualitative and quantitative data (MS Excel skills) Proven experience in MS Excel, VBA, SQL, and Domo/Tableau for reporting and visualization of data analysis.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Ability to work with senior stakeholders virtually and multitask
  • Prior knowledge/understanding of internal support/queries systems is preferred
  • Have the experience to oversee and steer end-to-end project delivery with client interaction, information collection, and reports preparation.
