Work you’ll do

The role will primarily work on Contract Express and will support HighQ and Deloitte tools. Professional closely collaborates with other stakeholders inside and outside the product team. In addition, this role works closely with the leadership to support initiatives as well as continuous improvement programs. It is a unique opportunity to be a part of growing team that drives consistency, quality, and efficiency of the services delivered to Tax & Legal clients.

Key Responsibilities

·         Leveraging a global application to develop Tax documents for businesses based on their needs. 

·         Support and manage queries related to the product and services. 

·         Coordinate with the vendor for query resolutions and customized requests.  

·         End-to-end management of the platform. 

·         Track projects through all phases and ensure adherence to project constraints such as quality, scope, resource requirements, and customer satisfaction

·         Work with senior management, business process owners to ensure successful client roll outs

  • Assist in delivering Technical Training courses to internal clients and specific country champions
  • Communicate project status, progress, and impact on a periodic basis
  • Develop metrics, reports, templates, process documents and dashboards
  • Support myInsight team with tile creation, user provisioning and clean-up activities
  • Assess implication of changes in the scope of work and participate in crafting necessary communication
  • Communicate (verbal and written) with users to define requirements or processes
  • Focus on evaluating, implementing, and monitoring project processes and procedures for continuous process improvement
