Position Summary
Associate Finance Analyst – Deloitte Support Services India Private Limited
We are looking for Finance Analyst who will be working on day-to-day finance support to our USI BSO NSE Nordics team.
Work you’ll do
The key job responsibilities include the following:
1. Addressing queries related to Payables and Receivables in the form of tickets received in ServiceNow.
2. You will give admin support for all project management related tasks
3. Updation of invoice transmission method.
4. Allocation of service desk requests to various departments.
5. Verifying the Vendor invoices and sending it for processing.
6. Handling Dunning letters.
7. You will make sure that the necessary authorizations are obtained prior to processing certain transactions in SAP.
Work Location: Hyderabad
Shift Timings: 11 AM to 8 PM
The team
The Shared Services team at Hyderabad supports the Deloitte organization with a wide variety of capabilities like financial reporting, HR and financial transaction processing, administrative service and helpdesk support, marketing and IT services.
Qualifications
Required:
- Commerce graduate
- Good communication skills (written and verbal), problem solving and decision-making skills
- At least 0-1 years of experience in Finance with quick learning skills and Proficiency with MS Office applications
Required:

· Highly motivated learner and a team player.
· Analytical mind with multitasking ability.
· To be able to work stress-free under quick turnaround situations.
· Ability to quickly adapt to changes in tools, procedural updates and dynamic work process.
