The Sales Support Specialist will work directly with pursuit teams and contribute to the production of compelling and brand compliant proposals.
Specific responsibilities include:
- Understand the RFP requirements and develop presentation themes, icons, sample graphics etc. and make them available for Pursuit/client team to use in the proposal.
- Work closely with the pursuit team to create compelling and brand compliant graphics which conveys the message creatively.
- Adhere to the graphics archiving procedure for future use and should also use existing graphics where required to avoid rework.
- Accept adhoc graphics requests specific to pursuits handled by the US SE
- Experience in working with MS Office Suite (specifically Word and PowerPoint presentations)
- Should have working knowledge in software’s like Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.
- Should have the ability to work and contribute in a team environment.
- Ability to move across multiple assignments and adjust multiple and competing priorities and
meet deadlines - Should have the ability to keep current with an aptitude for learning new graphic and design technologies.
Work Timing
- 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM (flexibility required)
- Need based Saturday staffing might be required
