Work you’ll do

You will work on employee data records and onboard them smoothly on HR system. Apart from Onboarding you will support on day to day admin tasks.

The key job responsibilities include (not limited) the following:

·   Support Payroll & Reward Administration (PRA) team on hiring process with focus on Campus hires

·   Edit and draft contract documents & follow-up on onboarding documents

·   Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders (Talent Acquisition)

·   Record new hires in SAP system

·   General follow – up FAQs in ticketing system.

·   Perform regular data and administration quality checks in different tools such as SAP.

Work Location: Hyderabad

Shift Timings: 11 AM – 8 PM

The team

The Shared Services team at Hyderabad supports the Deloitte organization North & South Europe with a wide variety of capabilities like financial reporting, HR and financial transaction processing, administrative service and helpdesk support, marketing and IT services.

Qualifications

Required:

• Any Bachelor’s degree
• Experience in HR back office support
• You can work independently and plan ahead and are flexible in adapting your schedule for urgent assignments.
• Good communication skills (written and verbal), problem solving and decision-making skills
• Self-motivator and Independent
• You are eager to learn, conscientious, stress resistant and have a positive attitude.
• You are an initiator and a real team player
