Job Description

Danfoss is looking for a Network Engineer who will take part in securing the global Danfoss IT network infrastructure. In this role you will maintain daily operations based on ITIL framework, monitor proactively and design technical solutions within your technical area of expertise. You will get the possibility to work with global network solutions and be a part of a journey towards the next level of IT Infrastructure automation.
You will join a highly skilled global Network team comprised of colleagues in 5 countries spanning 3 continents, and you will report to the Network Manager APAC.

Job Responsibilities

  • Patch management and life-cycle management
  • Participate in projects (regional and global) together with ensuring a standardized and secure Danfoss IT network
  • Roll-out Danfoss network Segregation conception in all Danfoss factories and support daily operations in Infrastructure

Background And Skills

  • Experienced network professional in production units and branches. Our focus for the coming months and years will be to elevate IT Infrastructure towards Service Oriented Infrastructure, in a Plan, Build, Run organization.
  • Experience in working with technical solutions and challenging issues
  • Experience with HPE/Aruba, Cisco, Palo Alto and Riverbed is a plus
  • Fluent verbal and written English communication
  • Independent and self-motivating person
