Collaborate with Designers, Researchers, Writers, and Marketers to raise the bar of our customer experiences. The ideal candidate is customer-obsessed and has experience leveraging mechanisms to collect customer insights and feedback to help validate design thinking. The successful candidate must be capable of synthesizing a variety of inputs into experiences and designs that customers love. You will be responsible for:
• Concept, design and execute innovative design systems and branding guidance that can apply across multiple channels
• Partner with copywriters, UX designers, program managers, developers and to create customer-focused experiences
• Contribute to campaign execution and collaborate with both internal teams and external agency partners
• Deliver high-quality designs and art direction for across the entire customer journey
• Present ideas and concepts to internal partners and gaining alignment as necessary
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while prioritizing to meet deadlines
• Leverage performance data to create customer obsessed work that delivers results
A day in the life
• UI design of customer-facing app
• Art direct a photo shoot
• Contribute to brand guidelines and design systems
• Help design product website
• Select imagery for educational materials
• Collaborate with external agencies to flesh out campaign concepts across all customer touch points
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 8+ years of design experience
- Knowledge of design tools such as Balsamiq, Omnigraffle, Photoshop, Illustrator, Visio, and Dreamweaver
- Have an available online portfolio
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience defining and maintaining design patterns and UX standards
- Experience with UX design of complex workflows
- Experience in delivering design solutions for projects of large scope and complexity
- A strong portfolio of innovative, customer-centric design work that demonstrates proficiency in brand and visual design
