What you’ll need
- No prior experience required; a strong interest in networking and technology is essential.
- Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, VPNs, etc.).
- Strong willingness to learn and grow in network support and monitoring.
- Good communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a team.
- Ability to follow documented procedures and processes.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to troubleshoot basic network connectivity issues with guidance.
- Familiarity with ticket management systems and logging issues is a plus.
