Eligibility Criteria of Cognizant Digital Xperience Design Recruitment Drive 2021:
- 2019/2020 batch of students with a 4-year Bachelor’s degree in design or post-graduation in design
- At the time of joining, all recruits need to have a minimum 50% aggregate (all subjects taken Into consideration) in the pursuing degree with no standing arrears
- If the candidate has applied for re-evaluation, only the initial results declared would be considered.
- Appropriate CGPA to percentage conversion to be considered as per university norms
- Maximum gap in education: 2 years
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Open to Indian nationals only
- Flexible to relocate to any location in India, work in any shift / domain

Screening based on portfolio / MCQ Assessment / two rounds of Virtual Interview
- Jr.Experience Designer (Programmer Analyst): Salary of INR 6,30,000 per annum
- Experience Designer (Associate): Salary of INR 8,00,000 per annum
- Sr.Experience Designer (Associate): Salary of INR 12,00,000 per annum
Important note: The designation will be finalized based on candidate’s performance in the Interview and the decision will be at the discretion of the recruitment team.

Job Title: Experience DesignerGrade: Associate(A)(On Job training: 3 Weeks | immediate Deployment) | Skills: Combine UX thinking with design execution, to produce usable and intuitive user interfaces. Fluent in user center design best practices and methods. Strong attention to detail and understanding of user needs. Conduct Heuristic evaluation and help to define user personas, journey maps, IA and task flows. Communicate design solutions to developers, stakeholders. Ability to present design ideas with clarity and passi on and to receive feedback with open mindedness. Work with brand guidelines to create layouts and reinforce a brand’s style or voice through its visual touchpoints. Excellent communication skill and teamwork. Proficiency in industry tools like Sketch, XD, In Vision, Figma, Power PointPassion to learn new technologies and tools. |

Conduct Heuristic evaluation and help to define user personas, journey maps, IA and task flows. Communicate design solutions to developers, stakeholders and clients. Support development team with visual assets.Excellent communication skill and teamwork.
