Designation: Process Specialist – Voice

Educational Background: Minimum Graduate

SME: Minimum 2.5 year of experience working with Contact Center in multichannel (Phone/Chat/Email) with good communication skills in French/German/Italian/Portuguese 

Shifts: Rotational/ Flexibility to work in night shift (24*7)

Work location: Gurgaon – permanent work from office

Travel: Not required

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in any one of the following languages (French/German/Italian/Portuguese)

• Ability to communicate correctly and clearly with all customers

• Good comprehension skills and ability to clearly understand and state the issues customers present

• Ability to concentrate follow customers issues without distraction to resolution

• Good composition skills and ability to compose a grammatically correct, concise, and accurate written response
