Job Summary:
Our company delivers critical patent information to leading decision-makers in the financial, legal, tax and accounting, healthcare, science, and media markets.
Your role is to oversee and provide technical guidance and Lead the development and maintenance of tools and processes to ingest, check, convert, store, select, customize, and supply patent data for various products. In addition to considerable technical skills, a good understanding of the data domain is desirable.

Job Description:
- Be able to closely work with business analyst to deliver solutions based on requirements.
- Development of an AWS based Content Ingest and Management System
- Programming of converters and processing routines for text and image data
- Have strong experience in developing applications that deals with large datasets
- Experience working and building Agile teams
- Be able to create and streamline CI/CD pipelines with a vision of no-touch deployment
- Good understanding of RDBMS, XML Schema and DTD
Qualifications:
- Knowledge of common programming languages, preferably Java
- Experience in ETL Development tool (Talend or Pentaho)
- Good demonstrated experience in any of one the RDBMS (MySQL/SQL Server/Oracle/PostgreSQL) on AWS.
- Experience building SOAP, REST Services (Java/NodeJS)
- Working experience in AWS Environment
- Working knowledge of Messaging (AMQ, JMS)
- Experience in Agile Development (Scrum)
- Be able to implement and guide teams through test-based development
- Knowledge of XML, HTML, XSLT, Unicode, DTDs, XML Schema, XQuery, XPath, PDF, TIFF and similar formats
- High attention to detail and accuracy, and a very systematic work style, ability to work both independently and as a member of a team
- Knowledge of intellectual property (IP) would be advantageous
- Be able to mentor and guide team through various phases of SDLC.
- Good speaking and writing skills
