- Education Required: Candidate must possess a bachelor’s in engineering or equivalent Master’s degree is required
- Experience Required: He or She should have at least 2 – 5 years of experience in SAP ABAP in development and maintenance/support projects.
Desired Qualifications: Candidate should have knowledge and experience with Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Product Introduction, Product Support
Job Responsibilities:
- Technical Specifications for assigned development objects
- He or she develop programs to support approved development
- Technical component test documentation
- He or She will support development of estimates and recommendations for potential FRICE software development objects
- Write assigned technical specification for FRICE development objects
- Code assigned software development and execute assigned technical component testing against agreed requirements
- Support error resolution during integration and user acceptance testing by the functional team
- Supporting testing of interfaces with legacy environment
- Follow CAT best practices and standards
- Develop Technical Design / code development and testing for the Function Specifications received
- Develop & perform unit test for screens, reports, forms, conversions, interfaces, and enhancements
- Ensure integration of technical development objects
- Support String Testing, Functional Testing, Integration Testing & Post Go-Live
- Ensure all documents mentioned in SWD checklist are maintained in DCC / SOLMAN and required mails are sent
- Actively participates in testing and delivery of SAP system by taking ownership for pre-determined design elements
- Must be work with other team leads to ensure integration across teams
- You will responsible for timely completion of deliverables with high quality
- Ensure quality of deliverables eg. Design documents, unit test cases, string test documents and FRD sign-off
- Designer is responsible for quality, time lines, test data and issue resolution of FRDs assigned to his developers
- Monitor overall issue prioritization, progress tracking, and resolution process for developers assigned to them
- Track and Report on deliverables status to program coordinator on daily basis
- Consult with the architects for any design suggestions or modifications
- Conduct daily overview meeting with the team members before 13:00 IST Hours
- Designer is responsible for work task assignment to his developers and monitoring their utilization
- Report overall project progress with respect to time lines
